This RV is designed to be completely off-grid with a built-in generator and/or turning the engine on at idle. - We provide a full tank of fuel upon delivery and expect the same when the RV is returned.Late turn-in:
RV rentals that are up to two hours late will be charged a 1/2 day rental fee. Anything later than two hours will be charged one full day at the current daily rental rate. If another renter has scheduled their vacation with the RV in your possession they may not be able to begin their trip, so please plan accordingly. We strive to treat each renter with respect by having our RV delivery ready and on time.

Owner Responsiveness
The owner was very responsive to our questions and easy to communicate with. Joe was always available when I had a question and helped us right away with glitches.
Cleanliness
Renters consistently highlight the importance of a clean RV. Some found it 'immaculate' and 'clean', while one noted it was 'not as clean as we would have expected'.

3.0My overall trip was nice. However, I have one thing that I would like to suggest. Customers are charged a cleaning fee when booking.. When I received the RV, the refrigerator was nasty with an odor and there was food left in the oven from previous rental.. These are some things you may need to keep in mind before the next Rental pick up.. Another thing that I experienced was the day. I was returning the rv, the steps in the cab had detached from one side. And, a claim was placed on my behalf as an incident which I thought was not feasible because that was just normal wearing and tearing which is going to happen daily….

5.0Our family very much enjoyed the unique experience of traveling together to our destination in the Blue Ridge Mountains. We chose this RV because of the bunk beds and safety restraints for our young boys. The accommodations were perfect for our family. The owner was very responsive to our questions, and the pick-up and drop off was made easy.
