Clean on the inside. Willing to deliver for 2.50 a mile. There will be fresh linens. A bed that is made. All the utensils you need. Plus I have a generator for a additional fee. I will help or do the setup for you. Please ask questions. I'm a open book. I will answer any questions comment or concerns. About 98 ft Lights for the awning comes with it and a few extension cords. On June 25 and June 26 of 2022 I just went through it and wiped it down. There a couple ground mates comes with it. Plus I have about 30 ft of septic hose. And about 40ft of 50 amp cord.
