The RV was clean, and most things worked well. We enjoyed the trip, and the owner helped troubleshoot a kitchen electrical issue. However, the additional charges were frustrating. Future renters: clarify all fees and potential security-deposit deductions upfront. I was asked to pay the owner directly through PayPal; I recommend keeping every payment through Outdoorsy. Clarify exactly when the gray and black tanks must be emptied. We emptied both the day before returning the RV but were still charged $50 for emptying them. A charge also involved the bathroom-door hook allegedly not being secured while driving. I do not recall receiving that instruction. Ask for ALL operating and return instructions in writing rather than relying on a verbal walkthrough. For damage claims, request pre-rental and return photos, itemized repair documentation, and photos of completed repairs. Overall, we enjoyed the RV, but the extra charges and direct payment requests detracted from the experience.

The RV was amazing and just as described. There were six of us and it was perfect. Two slept in the master bedroom on the big bed, two slept in bunk beds, one slept in the sofa bed and the other in the bunk above the cabin. The table also converted into a bed so it could have accommodated one more without any problems. Everything was in great condition and worked perfectly. Despite its size, the RV was quite easy to operate both on the road and at the campsites. Nolan was a fantastic host and took his time to explain how the RV worked in great detail and he is very kind and patient.
