It contains a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, cups, bowls, air fryer, coffee maker, and margarita maker. Clean bed linens, pillows and towels. The queen sized bed can hold two adults with twin size bunk beds for the kids to sleep in. If only one bunk is needed, the lower bunk can be folded up and used for storage or used for space for a kennel for your four legged friend to tag along. The Kitchen entails a refrigerator, kitchen sink, and ample cabinet space with a sofa couch to relax inside after a fun day at the lake. The beautiful fireplace can be utilized for those cold weather adventures but, excellent air conditioning can provide relief on those extremely hot days after a vigorous hike. The Automatic fold out awning provides ease of set up. Bathroom is equipped with mid-sized stand up shower with corner shelves as well as a fully functional toilet. A dinette table that can be placed inside for those rainy or cold days or set up outside to enjoy a meal out of doors. In the outside storage unit 4 camp chairs and a corn hole game can be found.
