Responsive, helpful, and accommodating
Art is consistently praised for excellent communication, being helpful, thoughtful, and flexible with return times. He was accommodating when a minor brake hiccup occurred, putting renter needs first.
Well-equipped and well-maintained
The trailer is described as roomy, in good shape, well-maintained, and fully stocked with amenities like dishes, flashlights, movies, birthday hats, and an extensive DVD library. Guests found it easy to operate.

4.0The host was great. He explained everything and assisted us with hooking up. The trailer was clean and everything we used worked well. My only complaint is that the pull out couch that was a bed was not very big or very comfortable. The actual bed was good.
