Welcome to our family-friendly memory maker! We love to camp and we hope you get much enjoyment out of this camper.Our 2017 Motor Coach easily sleep 5 individuals. Sleeping spaces includes a camper queen bed (which is more or less equivalent to a full size bed), an overhead bunk (also full size) and the dinette folds down into a sleeping space.We are pretty easy to work with and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Many of our policies are in place to ensure that not only you get to experience a clean, friendly environment while you camp, but others before and after you are ensured the same experience.Due to the type of unit, we require both experience driving larger vehicles and prior camping experience with motorhomes/camper trailers.Cosa è inclusoIncluded in the camper:

Please do not put food down the drains. Only special RV toilet paper should be used because regular toilet paper cakes the bottom of the tank and will not drain properly. We will provide a few rolls with your rental.PETS: We generally welcome a small dog in the camper. We have a small dog ourselves and understand that they can be fun travel buddies! We charge a pet fee to cover average wear and tear. However, we reserve the right to decline pets and average wear and tear does not include damage from claws, scratches, chewing, pet urine or feces, etc. For excessive cleaning and/or damage, additional fees may be applied upon return.INSURANCE: For everyone's maximum protection, we require the "Peace of Mind" insurance package, along with the interior protection package, since interior damage is not covered. We will ask for a copy of your insurance addendums prior to pickup.DELIVERY RATES: $75 for 20 miles. Anything beyond 20 miles (up to 60 miles) is a $200 flat fee. Three night minimum rental for delivery.Pickup/drop off times, as well as delivery/pickup times may be negotiable- we are happy to accommodate if we can!MISCELLANEOUS:
1. If you anticipate needing the air conditioner, the camper will need to be plugged into a 30 amp outlet or utilize the generator.
2. We will make best efforts to ensure everything is functioning with the camper. However given that items can fail, we make no guarantee of their availability, especially during the busy season when there is limited maintenance time for repair. We will inform you as soon as possible if something is not working prior to pickup or dropoff.CLEANING: In addition, if the camper is returned in reasonably clean condition, a cleaning fee will not be charged. If the camper is returned excessively dirty or trashed beyond reasonable expectations, we reserve the right to charge up to $300 for excessive cleaning. Hygiene is important to us and we keep the camper very clean for our guests. Excessive cleaning fees may be applied for the following reasons: excessive dirt, mud, pet odor/hair/urine/feces, garbage, vomit, human urine/feces, etc. A clogged black tank requiring power washing to clean out will also result in additional cleaning fees. We are not smokers and non-authorized smoking in the camper will also result in forfeiture of your deposit.
