Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Have the RV engine running when starting the generator. The generator will only function with a half tank of gas or more. This is by design so that you don't get stranded with an empty tank of gas.

Our RV has spent most of it's time in the Pacific Northwest. We take it to Cambridge, Idaho to spend time with our family there. We also have taken it once to Kansas City to spend time with our family there as well.
