You will love camping in this unit. Step inside the front entry door and find yourself in the combined kitchen and living space, the dual slides make this a very large area. There is an entertainment center straight ahead on the right which can be easily viewed from any seating in the space. Straight ahead is a sofa sleeper and booth dinette slide for dining and just hanging out. Plus each can easily be made into additional sleeping space at night if needed. A convenient kitchen island featuring a double sink and counter space is in the center with a refrigerator, a three burner range, plus more counter space. A pantry can be found just off the slide out in front of the rear corner bath entry e trailer features a private bedroom with sliding door. There are dual wardrobes and nightstands, an overhead cabinet, and front pass-through compartment below the bed. All the way back to the rear of this unit you will find a double bed size set of bunks on the right with a wardrobe at the foot of the bed. On the left side there is a bathroom with private entry.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden in all vehicles. If the vehicle is returned with a smoke odor, a cleaning fee will be charged. Costs for cleaning and deodorizing will be $500. - Roof Access: Roof access strictly forbidden.
The trailer is expected to be returned in the same clean condition in which you receive it. If you don't return it in the condition in which it is received an additional $135.00 cleaning fee will be added.
Renters must be 25 years old or older
Equipment Malfunction Policy Items such as the A/C, awning, radio, DVD player, microwave, television, jacks, etc. are convenience items. If any malfunctions should occur with any of these items, no compensation will be made to you. RV Damage Policy If the RV and/or the contents in the RV are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible to pay all damage costs whether you were at fault or not or if damage was caused by acts of nature (wind, rain, earthquake, fire, flood, etc). If your RV is equipped with awnings, please note: the RV awnings do not like wind. It is your responsibility to retract the awning even in the mildest windy conditions. If an accident occurs, you are responsible for obtaining a police report, contacting the other party’s insurance company, and contacting us immediately.
Cleaning Policy You are required to do an interior clean up at the end of your stay. The RV must be returned without damage and the interior must be clean prior to check in.. Failure to return without damage and/or in an unclean state will result in additional charges that may be deducted from the Security Deposit and, if necessary, additional charges may be made to your credit card. The fee to do a standard cleaning (if the RV is not returned cleaned) is $135.00. Excessive cleaning with require additional charges.
An $85.00 fee for dumping tanks and cleaning exterior is required***
