We require a minimum of 50 amp service and full hook up site (water/sewer/electric). No generator and no boondocking.Come enjoy a home away from home! For sleeping arrangements, this RV has a queen bed in the master, a private bunk house with a twin bed on top and a comfy sofa on the bottom that folds out into a bed, a full size convertible sofa, and a convertible dinette. Relax in the double recliners facing your big screen TV/fireplace and enjoy all the hot water you want with a tankless water heater. With 4 slides, 1 bathroom with a stand up shower, a full size fridge with freezer, 3 TV’s, and Bluetooth connect to listen to your favorite music on the inside and outside speakers, you couldn’t want more! We love our furry family members too, but no animals are allowed, we kindly ask you to please find other accommodations for them. Please no smoking inside the RV. Delivery required, so we will get you all set up and ready to relax! The first 25 miles is included in your nightly rate. After that, $1.00 a mile one way will be added to your booking request once your location has been given to us. Thank you!Also: for weekday deliveries Monday-Friday, drop off/pick up times cannot be guaranteed earlier than 4 pm due to work schedules, so a late check in/check out may be necessary, but please reach out and we will do our best to coordinate with you!
