Yang (also called Alex) consistently receives praise for his quick communication, helpfulness, and flexibility with guests, including accommodating last-minute bookings and pickup/drop-off.
Easy Driving with Powerful Engine
The Jayco Melbourne is noted for being clean, tidy, and easy to drive, with its Mercedes engine performing well on challenging roads, even in winter. Recent issues include a non-functional leveling system and propane refrigerator. Limited kitchen amenities and a broken radio were also mentioned.

5.0We had an amazing trip, and overall the RV was in great shape and performed very well. We absolutely loved our experience camping in Banff and Jasper. There were two minor technical issues worth noting. First, the leveling system was not working. Second, the refrigerator’s LP propane function was not working, so the refrigerator could only operate when the RV was plugged into electricity or when the generator was running. Since we were camping without electricity and needed to keep the refrigerator cold, we had to run the generator periodically. Because the generator runs on LP propane, this resulted in fairly significant propane usage, and we ultimately had to refill the propane tank twice. Aside from these issues, the RV was in excellent condition, and we had an incredible trip. We would definitely recommend it and thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring Banff and Jasper!

5.0Yang saved the day, we had an RV booked several months in advance that cancelled the day before we were scheduled to arrive. Yang communicated quickly and efficiently, was helpful and kind. The RV was clean and was exactly what we needed.
