Communicative & accommodating hosts
Guests praise the owners for being nice, considerate, and having fantastic communication. They are quick to respond, apologetic for issues, and accommodated a last-minute request. However, one guest experienced an unreasonable damage deposit dispute.
Clean but power/comfort issues
The trailer is generally clean and functional, suitable for small families. However, common complaints include thin mattresses and lack of basic amenities (linens, full propane). Significant power issues with non-functional solar panels and poor battery capacity were also reported, especially for off-grid use.

4.0We had a great trip and the trailer worked well for our family. Unfortunately, our pickup was delayed by about 90 minutes due to the previous rental, and the sewer tank hadn't been emptied when we received it. The hosts were apologetic. Overall, we enjoyed the trailer and had a great camping trip!

4.0Owners were very nice and considerate. Unit was clean and functional. Make Sure to check propane tanks as we ordered them to be full, we were first time campers and didn’t know how to check and when we got to the camp site we had no propane, thankfully it wasn’t cold and there were others who chipped in. Hosts knocked off the propane charge upon return and were apologetic.

2.0The camper was fine but beware the mattresses on all the beds were paper thin!! Definitely recommend putting some foam padding down if you can. The Host withheld some of our damage deposit over something so minor and unreasonable but after speaking with outdoorsy customer service about the issue they agreed we were entitled to our full deposit back. So I give outdoorsy customer service a 5 star but unfortunately I can’t say the same for this host
