5.0We took Millie on a trip from Calgary to Jasper, through Banff and Golden. I was hoping for a "mobile hotel room," and she was more than up to the task. We had some bumps at the start of our journey, but Arlene got us back on the road as quickly as possible while being accommodating and flexible. She even fought for us with Outdoorsy over duplicate charges. It was so appreciated! We had an amazing trip and would more than recommend using Arlene as your host!

5.0The RV we rented from Arlene was the perfect base for our Banff family vacation. The vehicle and inside spaces are clean and well taken care of, and everything worked great. We traveled with friends who rented the same RV from a different host and we could see a real positive difference in our rental experience, not only with the vehicle itself but with communication with Arlene as well. She was incredibly nice and easy to get a hold of, and when we had an issue with the hot water heater she responded in moments with perfectly detailed instructions as to how to fix our issue. We would recommend this rental company to any others traveling to the region!

5.0We had a wonderful experience with Arlene! We got the camper Millie and took it through Canmore, Banff, and Waterton National Park. Arlene responded promptly and accommodated our early check in and early drop off. She was professional and lovely to deal with. Millie conquered the Rocky Mountains and allowed our family to have a wonderful trip. All the amenities on board were very simple to use and Arlene gave us her number as well as road assistance in order to allow for a smooth journey. Thankfully we did not need any assistance but it was great to have. Thank you again for an amazing trip!
