The host made multiple attempts to visit the campground, offered a new unit, and provided instructions to resolve reported technical issues. One guest praised Stephen for being very helpful in explaining features.
Underpowered on uphill grades
While otherwise simple to drive and park, the 24' Class C (C10) with a slide-out is consistently reported as underpowered when driving uphill. It offers ample room and comes equipped with kitchen gear and linen sets.

4.0The RV was good, no big problems. Just a little maintenance issues, but nothing that stop us from have a great time in Banff Canada. The RV kept us warm and comfortable.

1.0Worst Experience ever. wasted time and money by booking RV through Outdoorsy. dont Get your rv through Stephen and hand lin, they are the worst of all, gave a faulty vechile which has a lot of engine code on it and they just cleared the code and gave the rv to us, it didnt drive the uphill at all and the engine light turned on while we are halfway to jasper and the whole trip was ruined. The host didnt even bother about this situation even though he knows that we have our flight to catch the next day and still they didnt help us. We totally will not recommend to book your RV through these fellows( stephen and hand lin) scammers.

5.0My wife and I had a great time with unit C10, a 24' model with a slide out. It was plenty of room for the 2 of us. The RV came well-equipped with kitchen equipment and a linen set, and Steven was very helpful in explaining the features. We were very happy to have an RV vs. a minivan-sized campervan as it allowed us to spread out, while still being simple to drive and park. The only issue we had with the unit is that it is underpowered going uphill, but otherwise it drove great.
