y first time van camping was a total success due to Character Campers! We had the pleasure of taking Harrison on his inaugural trip to Jasper and Banff! The dropoff and pickup was seamless; Jean-luc was great to work with (provided us with the bedding we needed, some basic cleaning supplies, and had good communication). The layout of the van utilized every square inch in the most efficient way possible; my group of 4 fit quite comfortably in the van for our 5-day trip. Will happily rent from Character Campers again the next time I’m in Canada!

We ask that you please take care of our vans, remembering that they all belong to travellers like you. - Drive safe & sober – No drinking or drug use while operating the vehicle - No off-roading – Stick to paved roads and established campgrounds - Respect the speed limit – And drive slower in bad weather or unfamiliar areas (Believe it or not heavy camper vans are not incredibly nimble) - No smoking in the van – Help us keep it fresh for the next adventurer - Return the van clean & fuelled – As you received it, full tank & tidy please - Pets welcome (with approval) – But please keep them off the seats - Treat it like it’s yours – Take care, be mindful, and have fun - Report any issues ASAP – We’d rather fix it than find out later

Hi! My name is Jean-Luc, as the son of two flight attendants I've always had a passion for travel and adventure. Growing up right next to the rocky mountains has made the perfect playground for all the activities I've fallen in love with. After living in my van for a few months and surfing everyday I figured I could make a little business out of renting these awesome adventure vehicles out.
