We DO NOT allow smoking or vaping in our unit. For safety reasons, we DO NOT allow climbing on the roof. Always remember DISCONTINUE use in high winds, remember the total height of unit for underpasses and ALWAYS have a lookout when backing the unit.

The bed in the 16FQ was the worst we have ever slept on. 2 weeks later and my back is still hurting. Unfortunately this hurts your business as I will probably not rent from you again. Unless you have other units that do not have an awful bed. Other than that, my experience was good.

Thank you for renting from us. We are sorry you had a bad experience with the thickness of the Rv mattress. We too wish they had standard mattresses. Maybe one of our other units will meet your sleeping requirements and you will rent again.
