Affordable and comfy is what you want in a camping trip, here is what we can provide.
The rig can comfortably sleep 4 and up to 7. One queen bed, one double bed, one dinette converted double bed and one single bed.A like new and well maintained pop up tent that comes with fridge to store your food, microwave to heat up your food (when there is electric hookup), two hanging fans when its hot and all the windows that can be unzipped to open to let the air in. Two dinette areas that can be converted to a double bed and a single bed.
There is also a two burner cooktop, and a sink in the middle of the tent.
This unit comes with furnace. camping in a cooler weather is no longer a concern.
outdoor shower is also available, we also provide a privacy tent for outdoor shower.
There is also an outdoor bbq that we provide for your trip. Cooking utensils and dishes are also provided.

Please nicely treat our lovely home on the wheel to avoid damages and scratches. A full hookup campground will be most ideal.

The vehicle includes 100Km per night and extra Kms are $0.90/KM if no pre-purchased Kms.
Cleaning fee will apply if motorhome return not as clean as the condition that we deliver. Basic cleaning fee $150 for motorhome, and $150 for pop up tent trailer. Extra cleaning fee apply if return extra dirty.
If the vehicle is not refuelled there will be a $60 additional charge plus the cost of the fuel.
Pick up time is between 11am and 3pm and return is by 12pm/noon time, $100 per hour late fee apply if not preauthorized.
If your return interferes with the next guest picking up there is a full deposit fee charged. Full deposit is voided.
Bookings are based on a 24 hours clock. Pick up and drop off at the same time.

THIS UNIT IS NON SMOKING ALLOWED
NO TOWING PERMITTED
RV DELIVERY /PICKUP
The earliest time that RV departs from the parked location is at 1pm, arrival time is based on the real road situation.
The rv returns to original parked location is before 11:00am, pick up time is based on the distance on google map.
*Fuel is not included, $1.5 per km, distance based on google map.
**Please allow one hour for detailed walkthrough and orientation
RV BREAKDOWN AND REPAIRS
The renter acknowledges the possibility of a mechanical failure or breakdown, and recognizes that such occurrence is an inherent risk associated with the operation of a recreational vehicle and beyond the control RV owner. The renter agrees to hold the RV owner harmless from and against any loss of time, transportation costs, inconvenience, food loss in vehicle, and any and all expenses resulting from such failure or breakdown.
