Note that the extra bed is small, it was design for a kid. For space purposes it's a little narrower than normal. The size of the bed is 24"x72"This is not a 4x4 wheel drive, so it's not made for extreme adventures or off road trips. Be aware of this!If you don't have experience with campervans, do not worry! We have a manual with instructions that you can (must) check out and we are also happy to show you how everything works before your trip ;) Make time for the initial walkthrough since it will take between 40-60 min.
Pick up time is after 4pm and drop off until 11am. (Ask us for early pick up/late drop off, you can select the add-ons)Our van is pet friendly, but you must take extra care and treat it like if was your own :)

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Our regular pick up and drop off hours are 11am and 4pm, since we need to time to prepare everything for the next person! We have available options if you need some extra time :)

Do I need previous experience to drive your van?
A.
Well, you need at least some driving experience! This van is very easy to drive, since its comfortable to make turns, it's just taller (and longer) than a regular vehicle. Also, we provide a manual and a walkthrough before your departure, so you know how everything works. You will also have our contact for any question or concern that you may have during your trip.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This van doesn't have hook ups. All the systems are independent to be off the grid for a few days.
Q.
What is the preparation fee for?
A.
We want to make sure that you enjoy your trip and give you the best service we can! This fee help us to wash all the linens, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. We also clean and disinfect the whole van (including the shower and the toilet) and refill the water and propane tanks, so you don't have to worry about it.
