NO SMOKING/VAPING: Our rig is 100% smoke-free. Any evidence of smoking or vaping inside will result in an automatic $500 deep-clean fee for professional odor removal.
No Roof Access: For your safety and to prevent expensive damage to the 5-slide roof seals.
Late Fee: Returns after 3:00 PM without prior approval will result in a $50/hour fee.

Rules: Pets must be house-trained and kept off all furniture/beds. No pets should be left unattended inside unless crated.
Fees: A non-refundable fee applies. Evidence of "accidents," pet damage, or excessive hair will result in a $500 professional deep-cleaning fee deducted from the security deposit.
Responsibility: Renters must clean up all waste at the campsite immediately. Any damage to screens, furniture, or flooring is the renter's full responsibility.
