We rented this RV for a family reunion and for our little family (my husband and 13 month old) to use while at the campsite.
Joyce is a joy to work with, she’s very kind and conscientious on the things you need. From the very beginning she was very communicative and when I asked for certain items, she was able to accommodate.
The RV itself is AMAZING. Camping was made a joy because of how easy this RV is to use. I’ve rented an RV before and the bed was so uncomfortable but I’m please to say that I slept really good in this bed, super comfy! Overall, I would 10000% rent this RV and work with Joyce again. Definitely recommend!

Owner Joyce was extremely accommodating and flexible. Vehicle was super clean, upgraded and well maintained. Joyce even periodically checked in to make sure everything was ok. Very good experience.

This was our very first RV rental as a family. And it turned out to be an incredibly wonderful one. I’m very big on relationships when it comes to dealing with people and I’ll have to admit that we believe we’ve made some lovely friends. :). Ms. Cuiwei (Joyce) and her daughter Stacy, were simply delightful to rent from. From a detailed set of instructions right down to a thorough walk through to ensure that we knew exactly what we needed to know for our adventure, to the prompt responses to our never ending questions while on our trip, they were on top of things. And in spite of some very minor technical issues we had, (I’ll dare say it was mainly due to the fact that renting RVs was unfamiliar territory for us), our experience both with the rental process as well as our adventure, was amazing. Thank you so much for helping us make great memories in these unusual times. Until next tine. Cheers.
