Other things to note Return Condition
• Please make sure you clean up any pet hair before you return and make sure your furry friend doesn’t have any accidents or break any items inside the RV. Unfortunately, if there is any pet damage or stains that cannot be cleaned upon return, a minimum $200 fee will be applied.
• Gas must be where it was upon return.
• Grey and cassette toilet tank (black) must be completely empty upon return (grey tank valve should be open during return). If the RV is not returned in this condition a $150 fee will be applied PER Item.
• No smoking are allowed with this RV. If this occurs a minimum $250 fee will be applied. Minimum renter age of 25
• returned RV with strong odor , extra $250 cleaning fee will be applied

What a great trip! James was a terrific host and always very responsive. The RV was clean and exactly as described. It was easy to drive and maneuver in the campground. The back-up camera was a real plus! Pick up and drop off were seamless. Overall, this was a great experience and I can't wait to book another trip with James.

James was a great host and very communicative. Pickup and drop-off were extremely easy. James went over everything about the RV and how it all operated. The RV drove like a dream and the continuous backup camera was a plus! I would highly recommend using James as your RV host. I will definitely use him again for any future RV needs! Five stars!!!
