This is a 2013 Jayco Redhawk 31XL with bunk beds, over the cab bed, queen master bed, jack knife couch and fold down table for a large family or a group of friends (it sleeps 8-10) to have a great adventure. It has electric or gas hot water and refridgerator. Power awning and 2 large slide outs. Ample storage for a week or weekend get away. We do allow pets as long as they are cleaned up after since we know they are part of the family too. It has an outside shower and a 4000 watt generator as well as a 32" television that you can hook up a gaming console. It has a large bathroom with walk in shower.
