4.0The RV was very nice snd clean. Everything worked well including the A/C, for which we were quite thankful as the first three days were 100 degrees. This RV was not stocked with anything so be sure to note that. They do put it in the description. Alex was friendly and timely enough. There was a day or so lag with communication, but not worrisome. All in all, would recommend highly!
