No children suggested even though it does have a second small twin that the tables turns into.This was a labor of love You can bet you will be a ton of attention, we all see the same pop ups, 5th wheeler's and campers but you never see one of these on the campgrounds.This micro home was completed just a month ago, so everything is new, all appliances and more importantly the bed is brand new and very comfortable. You will be very surprised at how comfortable this is.if you want a unique experience in a comfortable Micro House for 2 this is for you.It has a 2" ball and is approx 3,000 LBS suggest a truck (150) would be sufficient, I did pull it with my Ford Edge but for longer distances would suggest a truck or at least a 8 cylinder to pull her.No leaks and easy to pull, is equipment with electric brakes as well. Get ready to grab some attention with this awesome micro house.
