03/22/2025Cleanliness: Please note we have received a couple of comments about the cleanliness of the RV. The RV is guaranteed to be lysoled and cleaned prior to your departure. I cannot guarantee there will not be dust that accumulates in some areas or during the towing process. It is very easy for dust to accumulate in these travel trailers. This is a camper, not a bed and breakfast, please tailor your expectations as to such.Delivery Update: Please check your campsite before I deliver. I do not deliver to sites that take 20 minutes to back into due to trees or etc crowding the site.Indulge yourself in a RV that has all the things you'd want from home in the convenience of an RV. Fridge, freezer, oven, stove, leather seating, Power awning, power jacks, outdoor speakers, 32" TV, Blue LED lighting underneath the RV for the night, Awning lights, Glass enclosed shower, and so much more! Has a queen bed that can sleep 2 adults, a leather sofa that turns into a bed that can sleep 1 adult or 2 small children, and a dinette area that turns into a sleeper that can hold 1 adult or two small children.We include extra amenities free of charge such as:

Awning must be put away during high winds, heavy rain, or when away from the RV. Any damage caused to awning will be deducted from the security deposit. No going on the roof. No smoking and no pets allowed unless caged inside the RV and pet fee is paid.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Most days I can have the RV ready by noon. I do not accept returns past 5 PM. If there RV is returned after 5 an additional day will be added to the rental.
