***Commercial Insurance Included at no cost, save with no per night insurance fees!*****Wireless brake controller included at no cost, save the time and money of having to get one installed!**2019 lightweight Salem FSX 179DBK with a very popular floorplan and lots of light including skylight in bathroom and oversized picture window. Drop down queen size murphy bed, plus double/double bunks, so it can sleep 4 comfortably. (Manufacturer says 6 if you put small kids in the bunks.) Featuring electric awning, portable music speaker, 2nd outdoor refrigerator, A/C, spacious bathroom and lots of room for storage, this agile camper is ready to roll! There are some cosmetic hail dings from a storm late in 2019 hail season. I’ve added a photo to show that. There is no functional problem with it, I’ve replaced the broken vents, etc.Note: I have a 5 night minimum for this camper over the summer, it seems to show up in searches for shorter rentals, but I need to have at least 5 nights per rental during the summer.Features include: Electric awing with LED lights, A/C, heat, microwave, 2 burner stove, over-sized kitchen sink, fridge/freezer, amply stocked kitchen (with service for 5, pots, pans, bowls, knives, cutting boards, utensils, can opener, wine opener, teapot, coffee percolator etc), enclosed bathroom w/ toilet, sink & shower.We've already spent a weekend in this camper, trying to outfit it for functionality so it can hit the road. Separate outdoor grill with tools, broom, floor mats, trash can, trash bags and a set of disposable cups/plates/cutlery, portable table (as pictured) and even hot dog roasting sticks. Plus there is still tons of space for everything else you want to bring- under bunk storage, under bench storage, above dinette storage, side cabinet storage as well as full width exterior storage AND exterior fridge/grill cooking area.Options:
*If you don't want to tow it, delivery & setup offered at an addition cost w/in 30 miles and I'm happy to do it. $250 charge (includes delivery, set up and tear down)

My name is Nathan and I live in Westminster, CO along with my wife and 2 kids. We love to go camping! I have my own independent insurance agency and also share 5 cars on the "AirBnB of cars" called Turo [URL removed] I like using my flexible work schedule to accommodate the sharing my cars and camper. We love going into nature, but still having creature comforts of heated mattresses, lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, games and more on board our camper. Highlights of our favorite camping trips are: California, Yellowstone, Moab UT as well as closer to home CO destinations of Dillon Lake, Estes Park, Cheyenne Mountain, Boyd Lake. One of the things we love most about our camper is the space-3 queens beds that don't take up floor space has changed our camping experience. Instead of stuff and people on top of each other, we have room to spread out!
