2014 K-Z Manufacturing Spree Escape
If you are looking for a laid back owner, this is the rental for you!Here's why you should rent from me...- If you are a newbie, I'm totally fine with that. I'll teach you what you need to know and provide written instructions in case you don't remember everything we talk about. And you can text or call me anytime with questions.
- Don't want to have to find a place to empty the black/gray water? I'm happy to do it for no charge when you bring back the camper.
- My camper is super clean and in great shape, but because it's no longer brand new, I'm relaxed about it and you can be too.
- Don't feel like spending your vacation cleaning a camper toilet or scrubbing the floor? All you have to do is take out the trash and visible debris, and I'll clean it up so it's sparkling for the next guest.
- I am happy to schedule pick-up and return at a time that works for you and accommodates your travel schedule.
- I'm a nice and very patient person with reasonable expectations and great communication skills, and I want your trip to be great!Pet friendly!!!Love to travel with your dogs? Me too. Bring 'em. I know they will track dirt and hair into the camper, and I won't freak out even a little bit! No fees unless they actually damage something. - Full indoor kitchen with pots/pans/utensils and bathroom/shower/toilet. No need to drag out your old camping supplies or poop in the woods! I'll even provide paper cups/plates/etc and TP!
- 20 gallon fresh water, 9 gallon black water (toilet), 15 gallon gray water (sink and tub/shower water).
- 30 amp electricity hookups required to run the AC and outlets (can hook to 30 amp or regular 110 outlet)
- When not hooked up to electricity, the following systems run on battery/propane: stove, 12v outlet (can use for charging phones), refrigerator (runs on propane), water pump (provides water pressure from fresh tank for sink, shower, toilet), hot water heater, interior and exterior lights.Vehicle requirements:- Brake Controller (see below)
- Trailer weight is 3500 full.
- Tongue weight is approx 350 when full.
- You need a 2" hitch receiver on your vehicle and I can provide an adjustable ball arm to fit any height bumper.*****Brake Controllers are required by law for vehicles over 3,000 pounds in CO. ****- This allows the trailer's brakes to be applied when you apply your vehicle brakes.
- It is built into some SUVs and trucks.
