Responsive, flexible, and supportive
Host is prompt, responsive, and flexible with pick-up/drop-off times. Went out of their way to help guests (e.g., provided blanket, accommodated short notice). However, host also canceled two bookings shortly before departure.
Spotless, well-stocked, and functional
The trailer is spotless, well-stocked with amenities, and all appliances (including AC in 100° weather) function perfectly. Guests found it comfy with a comfortable mattress and easy to set up.

5.0Easy to work with. Prompt in her responses. The trailer worked perfectly as advertised. Trailer was very clean with all functioning appliances. Easy to set up after their instructions. Would definitely rent again from Stephanie. Only suggestion is to have a tool box available for guests just in case. It may have been provided but we couldn't find it. Thankfully we didn't need it.

Do I need to dump the tanks before returning the RV?
A.
Yes. Make sure the campground you visit has a dumping station prior to booking. If the RV is returned without being dumped, you will forfeit the security deposit.

Can I bring my pets?
A.
Yes. Per our policy, you can have up to two pets. The pet fee is $25 per pet. This has to be paid prior to booking. If there are any pets in the RV without the fee being paid, this will forfeit the security deposit.
Q.
I've never hauled a RV before...can I still rent?
A.
Yes. During pick up we will take time to show you how to hook up the RV to your vehicle and go over all instructions with stabilizing the RV at the campground. There will also be a Renters Guide binder inside the RV for reference. You can always message us via the Outdoorsy app if needed. You are required to purchase renters insurance.
Q.
Can I smoke inside the RV?
A.
No. Smoking anything inside the RV (including vaping) is prohibited. If the RV is returned with any indication that smoking inside occurred, you will forfeit the security deposit.
