12’6” garage, fits 4 seat rzr, auto level system, ramp converts to patio with screened back awning, RV king size bed, loft bed, double happy jack beds in the back, 5500 onboard generator, 2 ac units. 2 tv’s. indoor outdoor speakers, led lights, 4 recliners in couch, gas/electric 10 gal water heater, 50 amp power supply.12k dry weight 17k loaded weight so 3/4 ton or better truck needed with a drop/gooseneck ball in the bed for an Anderson hitch which will be included if needed or your own 5th wheel hitch. I can also deliver and pick up for a fee depending on my time and work schedule.
