Highly Responsive and Accommodating
Matt consistently responds quickly to questions, provides helpful videos and thorough walkthroughs. He's flexible with pickup/drop-off, and accommodating with special requests or unexpected issues, like flight delays.
Drives easily, fuel-efficient
The RV is well-stocked with kitchen supplies, extras, and offers good storage, comfortable for driving and sleeping. It's fuel-efficient, but recurring issues with the cab AC and the house AC (when using generator) have been noted by guests.

4.0Matt is a fantastic host - very responsive and super laid back. The RV was perfect for our trip. I docked one star because the AC in the cab wasn’t working and it hit 80 degrees outside, so our two hour drive home was pretty miserable. Otherwise, everything was as stated!

5.0Matt was an excellent host. Super responsive, sent helpful videos that made operations clear, was quick to respond with questions, and helped us in a pinch when we almost missed our flight home. The trailer was very comfortable to sleep in and everything was in working order. It had great mileage too! We made it to the Gorge and back on one tank of gas. But Matt was the best part. This was my first rental on Outdoorsy and he made it super easy.

5.0We had a great time in Matt's RV. He was extremely responsive, the RV was well-stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, etc, and it was the perfect size for my husband and I plus our two little kids.
