3.0Delivery of the van was not provided. Additionally due to a family emergency we only had the van for about 24 hours. We did not have trip insurance, and no accommodation or offer for future discount was provided. The van was nice, clean, easy to drive.

5.0We had a wonderful experience camping in the camper van with our two kids. They both slept up top and looooved it! Katie was so easy to communicate with, and went over everything. There isn't AC, just fyi but the fans kept us cool at night

5.0A fantastic RV and a great experience with Katie and Josh, the owners. The RV was spotless, well equipped and comfortable. The two of us camped without any hookups for four nights without issues. The fridge did it's job well, the hot water was hot and the scenery was spectacular (Balsam Mountain Campground - Great Smoky Mountains National Park). The van was easy to drive and we averaged about 16 MPG, including driving into the mountains. Wonderful hosts, vehicle, and experience!
