Can I use my personal insurance and skip Outdoorsy's Insurance coverage?
A.
Outdoorsy's Insurance coverage provides us with a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing our vehicle's make, model, year, VIN, etc as well as the lifetime replacement value ($300,000) and us as the beneficiary. We require an equivalent COI for all bookings, not a proof of coverage/benefits. If you are able to provide us this COI listing the details above we have no problem going forward with a booking. Most personal ins will NOT cover the vehicle for $300k, thereby requiring Outdoorsy's Ins.

Does Sylvie have 3 seatbelts?
A.
Yes- Sylvie can safely carry and comfortably sleep 3 travlers. Keep in mind the 3rd seatbelt is a lap belt only, located in the bench seat which faces centerline, not forward. This means many child seats cannot be used. We recommend using this seat for adults or children 4' 9" and taller. Parents, please search "washington state child seat requirements" for a full explanation on traveling with children.

Sylvie has many features, will you show us how the camper works?
A.
Yes. We take every renter through a 60-90 minute introduction that covers all of Sylvie's features and procedures. We also include a detailed user manual that covers all of the same information. Lastly, whenever possible we try to be available via call/text when renters are out with Sylvie to be able to quickly address any concerns that might come up.

What's your pet policy?
A.
We do allow pets with Sylvie. You must select the "Pet Add-on" during booking and follow these guidelines: Max 2 pets. Absolutely no pets allowed on the bunk, bench, front seats or other furniture at any point. Evidence of pets on the bunk, bench, etc will result in a minimum $250 additional fee. Bring your own pet bed if one is needed.
