5.0Owner was super accommodating and helpful. We have never rented a trailer before so all was new. Owner had two comprehensive videos to explain how things worked. We used the rental in one location. Owner delivered and was available for set up. The unit was super clean, well equipped and functional. We were very satisfied for our cousin camp experience.
