Located conveniently just a few miles West of Highway 10 in Royalton lies this clean and spacious 2016 Evergreen Bayhill. With 5 slides it has a very open floor plan with a fireplace in the living room and center island in the kitchen. The automatic self leveling jacks make setup as easy as 1-2-3. Bring all the groceries along with the full-size French door refrigerator/freezer. RV also comes with Clothes washer/dryer, dish washer and central vacuum system. Surround sound speakers throughout which hook to the TV and radio. 65" smart TV in the living room and 24" TV in the bedroom which can be used or streaming or watching DVDs. (2) in ceiling Air conditioners will keep you cool, while a propane furnace and electric fireplace heater will keep you warm. Kitchen has microwave, 4 burner stove and oven. Bathroom has shower /sink and toilet, we will include 4 rolls RV toilet paper. There are (3) 20 LB LP tank on front with propane for stove/furnace and water heater (there is also a backup 110 water heater). All water tanks will be full when you pick RV trailer up. Please make sure all tanks are dumped before returning or an additional charge will be applied. This RV comes with both the 5th wheel and the goose neck king pins whichever you'd prefer to hook to the truck. Generator and gas grill available for a small fee. All beds will have mattress covers and sheets, but bring your own blankets, pillows and towels. Pots, pans and silverware are included, but make sure to do the dishes before you drop the camper off.
