Flexible with pick-up times
Host Brandon was kind, easy to work with, and supportive. He offered flexibility with pick-up/drop-off times and was responsive, communicating quickly to questions from the start.
Easy to drive, good mileage
The van rides great, gets awesome gas mileage, and fits regular parking spots. It's 2WD with modest clearance, has no AC for hot weather, and the bed is 6 ft 3 in. It's well-appointed with a comfortable bed, large fridge, and ample storage.

5.0My son and I had 4 days and 3 nights in the Colorado high country. This was my first time in an adventure van, and I loved it. Having everything available right there in a sheltered environment was great, especially when the thunderstorms rolled through. The van is very well appointed, with everything needed for cooking, sleeping, and living in the backcountry. The van is two wheel drive and has good but somewhat modest clearance, so you need to plan your route with this in mind. Our host Brandon was super easy to work with and very supportive and friendly. I would highly recommend this van for your next adventure!

Are there any certain hints or tricks to operating all of the appliances?
A.
Yes there are! Once you book we will share a Google Drive file with you that offers "How To" videos for all of the appliances and amenities.

Can I park my car at the location where I pick up the van?
A.
Yes you can! We allow 1 car to be parked in the parking lot. Please note that the spot is uncovered. If you have more than 1 car that needs to be stored during your rental there is ample street parking around the van's location.

How does pick up work?
A.
I will meet you at the van at the designated time. I recommend budgeting about 30 minutes for the handoff so I can answer any questions you may have as well as show you the features of the van. I also suggest watching the "How To" videos that you’ll be sent prior to arrival. This will ensure the handoff process is smooth and make sure all of your questions are answered!

Is there a State Park sticker on the van?
A.
Yes there is! The van has the newest Wisconsin State Park sticker so you can travel to any of the State Park's for free! Please note: I recommend looking at recreation.gov for camping availability at State Parks.
