Jess and her husband were great. Communication, throughout the booking, was clear and timely. They were flexible as it pertains to delivery times of the RV. The setup, water upload etc. was conducted in a timely manner. The trailer was clean and contained all of the essentials needed. It was COLD inside which we loved! The air unit works well. The spacing is typical for a trailer of this sort. We had a small issue and they were able to come and assist in a very timely manner. Overall, we enjoyed the trailer. The awning was an added bonus for me. Definitely recommend and will use again.

The host was very responsive and checked on us throughout the weekend. 10/10 would rent again.

We enjoyed our first RV experience!

Jess and Adam were fabulous. I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service. I’ll definitely rent from them again!

Outdoorsy RV Rental- October Homecoming at Grambling: I recently rented an RV through Outdoorsy for our homecoming tailgate at Grambling in early October (around October 9-12), and the experience was fantastic. The owners were simply amazing; extremely organized and attentive. They walked me through the entire setup process, gave a thorough rundown of the RV inventory, and made sure I knew exactly where everything was. They even set up the RV on-site for us at the tailgate, which was incredibly convenient. Throughout the rental period, their communication was prompt and clear. They were always on top of any questions or needs that came up, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely rent from them again and am grateful for their friendliness and professionalism. Thanks for making our homecoming memorable!
