**Delivery Only**We are excited to share our home away from home with you! This fifth wheel is also a toy hauler! May not seem like much at first but this allows the back ramp to fold down into an outdoor Patio right from the camper which includes an awning for shade and a bug screen to keep the outdoors out. Dining/sitting area in back of camper to over look the patio which also folds down to a queen bed. Above this area is another queen loft that drops down to turn the rear into a bunkhouse.Inside the living room there is a couch with three reclining sections. The outer sections also have massage and heat features with lighted cupholders for you to relax and enjoy a DVD on the TV. Inside the kitchen is a large sink, propane stove and microwave/convection oven, quite a bit of counter space and a 12 cu ft refrigerator for all your food storage needs.The bathroom offers a large shower and vanity with counter space as well.The "master" has been upgraded to a memory foam queen bed.There are two AC units for hot days and heat throughout for those chilly ones. 100 gallon fresh water tank and 10 gal water heater with two large propane tanks.We are pet friendly rental with pet fee in place for extra cleaning.**This is a Delivery Only**Cosa è inclusoSheet set for master queen and twin loft
