Jayco is a brand new 2022 travel trailer with AC unit. Featuring a queen bed including bedding, pillows and extra covers. Folding couch to sleep 2 with bedding, pillows, and extra covers. TV with satellite or local wifi connection if available at camp site. Kitchen contains a 3 burner stove, microwave, sink, utensils, plates, pots, coffee pot, toaster, sandwich griddle, pantry storage, full rv fridge and freezer. Bathroom has shower, sink, toilet, towels. Interior fire extinguisher included and space heater included. Exterior has upgraded heavy duty lighted steps, awning with led lights, outdoor table, built in griddle with gas hook up, 2 full propane tanks, outdoor mini fridge, 4 folding chairs, outdoor rug, extension cord, potable water hose, 30 foot sewer hoses for full hook up. Manual leveling jacks, electric tongue jack, roof rack with ladder access, spare tire.
