2.5Super accueil du personnel et plus particulièrement de la personne que à fait le check-out. Rapide et efficace. Quant au véhicule, je trouve qu'il était au peu trop ancien et mal entretenu au vu du tarif demandé (problème de fuite, soute qui ne fermait pas, ...).

3.5Overall good experience, also our first time renting a motor home. Likes - Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle to/from TO Airport was a very good service for people like us that flew from BC. Motor home was in good clean condition upon arrival and well equipped. Traveled 1,200 km without any issues. Dislikes - No option to buy down insurance deductible ($3,000) or separate deductible for windshield coverage. Driver's side armrest was not fixed before departure, which made driving less comfortable.
