Quickly went through some parks, and took my time to drop the awning and relax at others. Blasted the AC in southern Arizona and cranked up the heater in northern Montana. 4.0Joey was super responsive and flexible. We travelled with 2 dogs to the Stanley area and Thor was a good size for us. Thor had sufficient power to handle the road grade in this area. It might be helpful for guests if the window screens were repaired. I would recommend Joey/Thor.

5.0Joey is great! Very friendly, honest, available, and helpful. The vehicle was adequate and worked alright. It is only six years old but high mileage. There were a couple of pending repairs (a stove burner, a battery solenoid) that did not affect our enjoyment. Overall we would recommend this rental and would do it again.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

I like to help my renters make the most of their trips, so if we need to make a unique pickup or dropoff time work don't hesitate to ask. As long as it doesn't affect another renter's trip I am happy to accomodate.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.

I always send it to guests once the trip is booked, and I recommend that you download the video to your phone for future use when you take Thor into remote locations without cell service.
