1The process of renting the RV through Outdoorsy was easy, and we appreciated the communication by Outdoorsy leading up to the trip, providing updates and helpful tips. However, the RV had serious safety issues, and we had to return it two hours after we picked it up. It seemed insult added to injury that we were charged for one day insurance for this experience, which - without exaggeration - put our lives at risk. In addition, we lost the money on the campsites we had booked. While the host was very apologetic and seemed to be a genuinely nice guy, the overall experience of this “trip” was unfortunately truly “terrible”

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
As far as picking up, it would depend on if the vehicle has been cleaned up from the previous renter. I would prefer pickup to be 3pm or later and drop off by 11am or earlier on the date of return.
