2017 Grand Design Bunkhouse that comfortably sleeps 6. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig coffee maker. Gas stovetop. Comes with two full propane tanks. May use both gas and electric to heat the water for showers and cooking. Excellent AC and furnace. Foam mattresses in master bedroom and bunks. TV in common area that swivels as well as TV in bedroom to come back and relax. Audio system with Bluetooth and inside/outside speakers and remote-controlled.Towards the rear are full size bunkbeds that each come with charging ports/electrical outlets, blackout shades, and their own LED light. Master bed has plenty of storage around and under the bed as well as ports/electrical outlets.The bathroom contains a large shower, plenty of storage, a medicine cabinet with mirror, and cubby holes for the towels and washcloths.Built in food/water bowls for your pets on this trip!Hubby and I's schedules often conflict, so we would love to share our RV with you!Cosa è incluso4 camping chairs, fresh linens, kitchen utensils including eatery and cookware, along with all hose and electric power cords for hookup provided. Delivery is usually only available on weekends or some Mondays each month, but message me and we can see if there's an opportunity if delivery is desired during weekdays.
To avoid a Messy Fee of $150.00 (which may be deducted from security deposit), please clean out entire RV before pick-up/return - garbage out, sand/dirt/pet hair swept out, dishes washed.
To avoid a Pet Damage Fee of $300 (which will be deducted from security deposit if found), do not leave your dog unattended under any circumstances or at any time inside the RV and discourage them from jumping on/sitting on the sofa and dinette cushions.
Hitch is extremely heavy (over 100 lbs.) and you must come prepared to mount to your own vehicle.
Please no smoking, vaping, or drug use; if the rig comes back smelling of any kind of smoke your entire security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning.
