Camper works great, inside still looks brand new, has hail damage, but don't let that fool you. Previous owner only used this a couple times. I have put new foam in the bed, new water pump, new skylight in the bathroom. Everything works exactly as it should. Sleeps 4 comfortably, could squeeze 6 if needed. Most pets will be allowed, can tow to and from campsites if necessary. Brand new drinking water hose, new discharge hose for tanks. Plenty of storage for camping gear and other stuff. A/C and heater both work great(need power to run), 2 propane tanks so refilling is rarely required. Built in extension cord for power, roughly 30' of cable. Has Cable TV plugs and satellite wired in. Pulls great for a 20' camper, roughly 4000lbs DRY Weight. I use a 2005 Chevy Tahoe and pulled it 2,500 miles last winter without any issues. Comes with portable grill.
