5.0The overall rental experience was excellent. Good instructions from Stephen, and lots of communication. We had a few hiccups during our trip and Stephen was available to answer questions. Pick-up and drop off was straight forward and well communicated. Pricing was superb. Lots of concessions were made to accommodate me working night shift so I could enjoy a trip with my family.
