The perfect family rig! We are a family of 5 humans and 3 dogs and have camped extensively in this roomy rig. Easily towable with a 1/2 ton truck. No charge for mileage. We will include a weight distribution hitch at no addition charge. If you are not comfortable towing, we can deliver and set up within 50 miles of 80513 for a fee of $175 if our schedule allows. We will consider delivering further for an additional fee, so please feel free to contact us prior to booking to discuss. The trailer does not have a slide, but is extra wide. Slides tend to fail and can leave you stranded at your campsite so this is a perfect RV for beginners. Less set up time equals more leisure time! It sleeps 5 comfortably, but if some of your group are little ones you can sleep up to 7 or 8! Portable crib available up on request for no extra charge. Outside shower/sink and outside ice chest.It’s off grid capable and you can add Solar panels for $50 (unlimited nights) . Appliances such as the Air Conditioner, TV, and Microwave require a 30 amp hook up to a generator or shore power. The heat works off propane, but the fan in the furnace requires batteries. It will only last a few nights without being recharged. If you plan on staying off grid, we Highly recommend you bring or rent a generator. If your destination has sunny days in the forecast renting the solar panels should be enough.Please bring it back clean. We ask that you return the camper in the condition you received it to avoid a $125 cleanup fee.
