The KZ Spree Escape 191 bunk house is a light weight trailer that can fit four adults comfortably and one or two small children on the dinette. It is a hardly used 2017 model with a regular 80" queen bed and not the typical RV queen which is usually smaller. That's about 6' 6".Features a dry bath with a shower, sink and toilet. The refrigerator is the larger 6 cubic feet with a separate freezer that is also relatively large. There is a slide out that opens the floor space for plenty of room for people to move around. The slide-out is a simple push of a button. Starting the water heater is a simple switch. There is no pilot light. Electric awning makes opening and closing a breeze. It also features a sound system both inside and outside the RV. You can connect your favorite audio device to the system using bluetooth.Depending on your vehicle you may need a weight distribution hitch which we can provide.We are also very serious about cleanliness. We provide the trailer exceptionally clean and surfaces such as shower, toilet, sinks and eating surfaces are sanitized between rentals. We even provide a new shower curtain for each rental.We have a 10 night minimum set as the amount of time it takes to prep/clean/deliver/pickup the trailer is too much for us to do for only weekend rentals. On a few occasions we have accepted rentals around 8 nights but only if there is availability between two longer rentals. On such occasions we also charge a cleaning fee which is a required add-on when less than 10 nights.Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. We are available 6 days a week except for Saturdays and we are always willing to discuss your trip.Happy Camping!

Hi my name is Chuck and I enjoy the freedom that comes with an RV! Outdoorsy was our families first introduction to renting an RV and it was a great place to start before jumping into our own.
