The owner will carry out the services agreed upon between you and them. While Camptastic Rentals functions as an intermediary to find renters for this RV, your rental agreement, terms and conditions are with the owner, and you will be working directly with them for pick up and drop off of the RV. The following conditions are mandatory in order for the RV to be released to you: 1. Authorized Driver(s) and Renter must be at least 25 years of age, and a copy of valid driver’s license (front and back sides) belonging to Authorized Driver(s) and Renter must be presented to Owner. 2. Rental fees and any other dollar amounts due and owing must be paid. 3. If applicable, the license plate # of Towing Vehicle must be presented to Owner. 4. The location(s) of RV destination(s), (names and addresses) must be presented to the Owner prior to rental approval. 5. Insurance requirements and other requirements if towing or driving the RV: 6. Insurance requirements, One of the following options is required for rentals: (ONLY approved drivers/drivers listed on policy are permitted to drive) 1. Purchase RV Rental Base Platform Insurance 2. Provide Owner with an insurance binder indicating that you have auto liability, collision, and comprehensive insurance covering you, Owner, and the Rental Unit - Binder subject to owner approval. 3. Interior damage protection policy through platform is required on all drivable units and most towable units. 7. Festivals are not permitted unless otherwise accepted by the owner. 8. Do not drive with generator running. 9. Winter rentals: Many units are winterized part of the year, any rentals occurring during this time will not have water features available. Rentals subject to owner approval. 10. Smoking is prohibited in ALL units at all times. 11. Pets are allowed in some units and subject to owner approval + additional pet fee. 12. High mileage trips are subject to approval / overage premiums. 13. A rush fee may apply to same-day/last minute bookings. 14. Standard check out time is 4pm, standard check in time is 11am. Earlier/later times may be subject to additional fees. 15. Unit must be returned clean inside and out, septic emptied, fuel and propane full otherwise additional fees will apply. Note: The amount of security deposit refund is contingent upon the condition RV is in upon Owner’s inspection after its return and absence of conditions precipitating charges that are noted in the Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions.
