4.0The RV was perfect for 2 adults and up to 3 smaller people. It was well maintained and clean. Jim very cleverly outfitted everything a family could need. Not everything went right, but Jim was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely rent from Jim again!

5.0Outstanding rig in so many ways. Jim was awesome. Our family of six enjoyed using his travel trailer to see 10 national parks over 2 weeks. Jim was very flexible and his communication was great. Highly recommend. We towed his rig with a 2023 Ford Expedition (with a tow package); and we had no issues going over the pases.

5.0Jim is very thorough and conscientious. Everything was well prepared and in great shape. He took the time to go over everything carefully so that I knew how everything worked, and even has typed up a manual explaining things with context beyond what appears in the owner's manual.
