• Towing Requirements: This is a 1/2 ton towable trailer (dry weight ~6,700 lbs, GVWR ~7,600 lbs), but please ensure your tow vehicle is rated for at least 7,600 lbs towing capacity with a functioning brake controller. No towing experience? Let’s chat first—I’m happy to help ensure you’re set up for success! • No Smoking: Keep the interior fresh and clean—no smoking or vaping inside, please. • Pets Welcome (With Approval): We love furry co-pilots! Well-behaved pets are allowed with prior approval and a small cleaning fee. No pets on furniture, please, and clean up any messes before return. • Cleanliness: Return the RV in the same condition you received it—dishes washed, trash emptied, and surfaces wiped down. A cleaning fee will apply if it comes back extra dirty (think mud-caked floors or sticky counters). • Awning & Outdoor Gear: The power awning is awesome but not storm-proof—retract it during wind or rain. Outdoor kitchen use is encouraged—just clean it up after! • No Off-Roading: Stick to paved or well-maintained gravel roads. This beauty’s built for campgrounds, not rugged trails. • Add-Ons • Check-Out Time: Return by 3 PM unless we agree otherwise. Late returns may incur a fee. • Damage Reporting: Accidents happen—please report any damage or issues right away so we can sort it out together.
