Exceptional Communicator and Responsive
Matt consistently answered all questions promptly, talked through processes, and was highly responsive and helpful in situations, often providing extra amenities like towels and setting up the camper for arrival.
Clean, Spacious, and Well-Equipped
The camper was in very good condition, clean, comfortable, and spacious, accommodating 4-6 people. It came fully stocked with amenities like beds, chairs, and even a grill, and was often set up prior to arrival.

A.
We will agree upon the pick up and return time prior to the reservation and then I would expect that agreement to be followed.
