Great Family Trailer with bunkhouse. Lots of space in the living area. Sleeps 10 and with a private bedroom, a quiet retreat whenever needed. This travel trailer is 1/2 ton towable, an easy pull with 1 slideout, a queen bed with upgraded mattress, bunk beds have upgraded mattresses as well, couch and dinette turn into a bed. heat/AC, and much more! Pets are allowed. This trailer is provisioned with basic kitchen items, pots and pans, cups, plates, and coffee pot. Sheets, dish towels, bath towels, hand towels and toilet paper as well. Has outdoor fold up table and camp chairs as well. Generator available upon request. Smoking is not allowed inside the trailer. Add'l fees apply for exceptionally dirty return condition, damage, or if the tanks still need to be dumped. This is my personal camper. All I ask is for respect in using the trailer and that it be brought back in the same condition it is left in. Thanks
